Our story
How It All Started
We fell in love with Myrtle Beach years ago — the warm Atlantic water, the laid-back pace, the way the sun sets over the Intracoastal Waterway. We wanted to share that feeling with others, so we put everything into creating two condos that feel like a true home away from home.
Every detail in our properties has been chosen with care: quality linens, fully stocked kitchens, comfortable beds, and the kind of thoughtful touches that make a real difference after a long day at the beach.
"And then there's the Ashley Renee — our private boat docked right on the Intracoastal Waterway. It started as a personal passion and became one of the most memorable parts of our guests' stays. There's nothing quite like cruising the waterway at sunset with the people you love."
